Back from Fontainebleau and I'm happy to report that I passed my Mandarin entry-language requirement for INSEAD! I was scared during the exam, but it turns out INSEAD reckons I can conduct business in Chinese! With this out of the way, I came home from work early today to the realization that I now have absolutely nothing to do. It's been a really long time since I've had this feeling; a feeling of part euphoria and part boredom.
I am very much looking forward to the weekend. Lin and I are going to a bed and breakfast in Bournemouth. Supposedly, King Edward VII and Lillie built this little retreat for their romantic getaways. Unfortunately, 'The Kings Chamber' wasn't available, so I had to book the next best room. I wonder if romance back in those days is anything like it is today.
