Paris

The last few months, I've been saying I don't like Paris so much anymore. To be fair to Paris, the last few times I've visited, I was hopping from train station to train station during the peak of rush hour. Who in their right minds would like sitting in a smoke filled cab trapped amongst angry motorists?
This time, I'm here for a leisurely 2 days with nothing to do except enjoy everything Paris has to offer. Some might say the Parisians are rude and obnoxious. Though that may apply to some of the locals, believe me, the obnoxiousness pales in comparison to a New Yorker stealing your cab in a typical bone-chillingly cold New York winter. Besides, as soon as a nice piece of pan-seared, lightly salted foie gras hits your mouth, all is forgiven. I love Paris and would embrace the opportunity to live in this culturally rich city for a few years.
